My name is Phumelele and I have a degree in Human Resource Management from Nelson Mandela University. 

I have over 5 years of experience as a mathematics tutor for high school and college students. I specialize in developing personalized lesson plans to cater to individual student needs and learning styles. I have helped students improve their grades and understanding of complex mathematical concepts and other subjects such as Languages, Physics and Business Studies. I conduct regular assessments to track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

I believe that every student has the potential to succeed with the right support and guidance. My goal as a tutor is to not only help students improve their grades, but also to instil a love for learning and a confidence in their own abilities. I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel empowered to ask questions, make mistakes, and grow as mathematicians.
